Tastes good. I use a small blender otherwise it can get clumpy. Taste is very sweet but u get used to it. If u don’t normally drink a lot of milk the milk might mess your stomach up unless you mix with water, but then you won’t be getting the full amount of calories as advertised on the can. Most of the calories come from the milk. I’m trying to gain 10 pounds. Will update in 30 days with resultsFor some reason the large container tastes way different than the small one???? Like very different. I do not like the taste.
