Great when it works, but have to change out motherboard only after 3 months use.. The machine is very powerful and works great. Unfortunately after having absolutely no issues for 3 months, the machine's motherboard went down. Waiting on Dell service center to send repair person to replace the motherboard. Luckily the unit is still under warranty.

powerful machine. hey im really enjoying the machine, its very fast and smooth. the biggest draw back is the fact that it does not have inbuilt wireless connection

Great tower for heavy Applications. Great PC!!Many heavy engineering/computation softwares that struggled to load in my previous pc opens and runs with ease in this one.

Memory issues resolved. Bought this machine as my old unit had slowed considerably. In the early stages I had an issue with the on board memory. After talking with the seller it's apparently a known issue with the 16 DDR4 RAM installed. The reason for this review to to let people know the seller was excellent, just replaced the memory with no issues, they were easy to get hold of, and responsive. Always a pain if something goes wrong, but stuff happens, what's important is the recovery and this was a good experience. Good job MagicTouch, be happy to buy from you again. PS - The machine works great, its fast and does what you expect of a machine of this specification. Peter
