Not A Dell. This company puts their parts in a Dell box. Their names on all the stickers and part numbers. Warranty void if stickers removed. Service from them NOT Dell. Faulty ssd failed and I have no way to tell who made it to recover the firmware. Company wants me to send them entire computer and ssd with sensitive personal information of other people on it. I can’t do that so I am out the part. This in addition to all the hassles of the complete system failure oldie to the inferior quality parts they put in the machines.

Ignorance. Seller didn't even bother to check if the computer is even turning on properly or not.I noticed it right away after plugging power not even turning on that there was an issue.I had to spent extra time and money to go out and purchase internal battery cr2032 to fix the issue.Also, noticed while replacing battery, the hard drive is low to mid-grade hard drive known for slowness.

Good Product at a good price. I've ordered 7 of these computers for use behind conference room Displays.It was easy to upgrade the memory and so far these work great even when running Revitor other Medium graphic heavy programs.Shipping and delivery was a few days to one week+.Would use this seller again - recommended.
