Watch out!. Be careful here. The warranty/guarantee does not apply to purchases outside the US and Canada.
Defected on arrival. Defected on arrival (deep dent on one side), doesn't cool water. But looks really nice and has nice to press buttons.
Defective on arrival. Water doesn't cool, only hot and room. Hot is very hot which is great. Sent it for repairs and was told it's a compressor issue which is another AED 650 all in all. Really nice water cooler, sad that it doesn't actually cool water.
Makre sure to receive item with correct power supply for your country. Received with wrong power supply 110V/60hz which is not suitable for Europe! Quality looks good in general and customer service team are very good.
It's complicated. Edit: Customer service matters, specially in 2025. They sent me another unit, that is working. Extremely surprised that they did this as i did not ask them to or expect it. That kind of support is how you earn customer loyalty. Clearly changed my opinion on changing brandsMy original review stays though. But unfortunately in the time ive had it i have needed to make 2 technical repairs. Next time this breaks im gonna replace it with any other brand
