Returning it for the second time for issues. My original cooler (a different brand) started leaking. The cooler was given to me so I don't know how old it is. So I started researching to see what cooler to get. This cooler came up with a high review and I really liked the options on this. When I first hooked it up, it was noisy, but it didn't bother me. It wasn't loud, but you can hear it. I really liked it and didn't have any problems. The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't tell when the water was getting low without opening the bottom to see the water jug. My previous cooler had the water on top. However, it is much easier having the water jug at the bottom and don't have to worry about hurting my back flipping it over on the top. The room temperature disbursed cold water, not room temperature, but that didn't bother me either. After a few days, I used the hot water. Be very careful because it comes out scorching hot. But then the hot water started dripping from the hot water spout. Ugh. I bought a new cooler cause my last cooler was dripping from the spout. I tried tightening and playing around with the button to try and stop the drip. Nothing worked. I called the company but they couldn't help me because I hadn't had the item for 30 days. What?! They wanted me to return it to Amazon. Amazon was really helpful and replaced the item. I just received the second unit. When I went to plug it in, I noticed there is a huge dent in the side of it. Really! The box and shipping box were completely fine so you know it got damaged at the warehouse but they still box it up and ship it. ??? I just want a cooler that's going to work! Because I like the options on this unit, I'm trying for a third time. If this one doesn't work for some reason, I'm going to change my review for the worse.

Amazing until pump broke after 2 1/2 years. We loved this while it lasted! We had it for 2 1/2 years until it stopped dispensing water. We think the water pump went out and were unable to get it replaced and I guess they aren’t able to be repaired for that issue.Pros:Three temps: Hot water was great for my tea, not as hot as boiling but still really good, cold was cold and the middle temp was a slight cold. Pretty quiet with slight hum what it would be running the clean or grabbing water.Easy set up and maintenance.Loved that the buttons were on top so my little kids couldn’t get to them.Faster fill up that a fridge water dispenser.Cons:The bottom piece that catches the water was easy to remove so my kids got to it easy but we honestly just took it off and it was fine.Pump or something broke internally after 2 1/2 years and there’s nothing Brio or us can do I guess haha

Fresh hot or cold. Easy to fill. We use springwater lots of minerals.. So I got this for my wife, and instead of buying more water to put underneath that are using tapwater we go to a mineral spring. And so I have six large 5 gallon buckets just for the water for this machine. Hot is hot. cold is cold but the nice thing about it is no more drinking tapwater. By the way, my granddaughters when they come over it last maybe two hours and it’s empty but it’s easy to feel really super easy to fill, but I use springwater from the ground.

Easy assembly and good product. So far so good. Very nice features and I really like the bottom feed system. Self cleaning was very important to me.
