great capacity and charging speed, limited connection options. With 20,000mAh, I like the capacity. I can charge multiple devices, including a laptop or Chromebook.The charging speed is also nice. This charger is compatible with the Samsung Super Fast charging rate, so phones or other devices with that ability can be charged very quickly.The design is nice, but a little bulky. It's thicker than power banks of a similar capacity - most likely because of the amount of space required for the built-in, retractable USB-C cable. That is a selling point - you always have a cable with the power bank! The cable itself is flat, but very thin and flexible. The very first time I used it, I almost caused a crease in the cable by retracting it too quickly, so be careful with that.Other than the fragility of the attached cable, my only other real complaint is the lack of connection options. Other than the attached USB-C cable which can be used to charge devices or to charge the power bank, there is only one other port - another USB-C port. Most power banks and chargers I have used usually have at least one USB-A and one USB-C port, and often a third port. I still have some charging cables for devices which require a USB-A port, so this power bank can't be used for them.

Works really well. Took it on my month long trip to Greece and by the afternoon our cell phones were running low. This charged both of them quickly.
Product Ok -Great Customer Service. Im on my second one after returning the first one because the retractable cable didn't retract. Now only 1 month into the second one and the cable does not stop at my desired length, it just continues to retract all the way. Needless to say the cable mechanism is the week point in the charger and it will frustrate you. Now im stuck and cannot return it. Buyer beware!I would like to amend this review to include the customer service from this company. They reached out to me and ended up giving me a choice between a refund or a replacement for free. I must say that this was a very nice gesture on their part and I would like to give this company 5 stars for their customer service. And a big thank you to Evelyn as she was the one who contacted me. I received a new unit quickly. Thank You
